This additional period is designed to allow you to thoroughly review your gallery, and if necessary, inform us of any adjustments you would like to make. However, it is crucial to note that after these 7 days, we will not be able to accept gallery re-editing requests.
We want to offer you the best quality and service, so we encourage you to use this time to review and ensure that your gallery meets all your expectations. If you need any adjustments or modifications, feel free to open a technical support ticket within this period.
Unfortunately, after the initial 7 days following the receipt of your gallery, we cannot guarantee the possibility of re-edits. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this process, as it allows us to provide you with a more efficient and personalized service.

It is important to note that in our official final production, we do not include original audio. We believe that carefully selected music can convey emotions and enrich the visual experience of our videos. However, we understand that original audio may hold special value for our clients. Therefore, we offer the option to purchase the RAW content, which includes the original audio, as a separate additional purchase.

At our event photography and videography company, we take pride in offering a wide range of services, conducting over 400 productions per year with different concepts and creative approaches. Our goal is to provide a final product of the highest quality that captures the most precious moments of your event.
Given the volume of productions we handle and our dedication to maintaining exceptional quality standards, we commit to delivering the final product within a timeframe of 4 to 8 weeks after the event. However, in many cases, we strive to deliver the photographs well before this deadline.
We understand the importance of quick access to the images and recognize that you want to relive those special moments as soon as possible. Our team works diligently to process and edit the photographs and videos meticulously, highlighting their beauty and capturing the essence of the event.
The 4 to 8-week delivery timeframe allows us to maintain high-quality standards in all our productions. This time provides us with the opportunity to perform careful editing and post-production to ensure that each image and video meets both our expectations and yours.
While our goal is to deliver within this specified timeframe, it is important to note that project complexity, the number of captured images, and other factors may slightly affect delivery times. However, we are committed to maintaining open and transparent communication with you to keep you informed of the progress and any possible delays.

1- The company receives the files at the central office.
2 - The company performs an initial review of the files to rule out technical errors.
3- At this stage, the photos and videos of your event reach the MIGUEL ANGEL PRODUCTIONS editing team and your Tracking Number is created, which will be sent to you by email and from that moment you will begin to see and receive updated information about the process.
4- At this stage the entire process of photo editing, video cutting and colorization begins. It is very important at this stage that you have sent the music you want for your requested video through the tracking system.
5- Once the photo editing process is finished, the company carries out a thorough final review to ensure that the photos meet the quality that our client deserves and they proceed to delivery through the Client Portal.

7- Once you receive your photo gallery, if your package includes Print products such as album, Acrylic Frame or Printed Photos. You will see in the gallery an option called "Available Credit" and there you will see selections enabled for each product. After the selection is completed, we will design the Album and you will receive a link where you can see your design and approve it. Once approved the album will be ready to pick up at the studio in the next 25 - 35 days.
