Guide to Selecting Photos for Your Print products on the Client Portal


Selecting the perfect photos for your wedding album is an important and exciting task. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you make your selections through our photography and video company’s client portal.Step 1: Access the Client Portal

  1. Log in to the Portal:
    • Open your web browser and go to the client portal.
    • Enter your username and password.
    • If you don’t remember your password, you can request a password reset or contact technical support.

Step 2: View Your Gallery

  1. Access Your Gallery:
    • Once inside the portal, find and click on the “View” option to see the gallery.
    • Wait for the gallery to load completely.
  2. Open the Gallery:
    • You will see a gallery presentation with a name and a cover photo.
    • Click on “Open Gallery”.
  3. Welcome Message:
    • A welcome message for your gallery will appear. Read it and then click on “Continue to Gallery”.

Step 3: Review and Select Photos

  1. Explore Your Photos:
    • You can now see all the photos in your gallery arranged from top to bottom.
    • Carefully review all the photos and decide which ones you like.
    • The photos will appear with a “Preview Only” watermark, indicating that they are available for selection.
  2. Start the Selection:
    • Go to the top right of the screen and click on “Credit Available”.
  3. Choose the Product:
    • A window will open on the left side of the screen with options like “Album Selection” or “Acrylic Selection”.
    • Select the desired product (e.g., Album).

Step 4: Photo Selection

  1. Number of Photos:
    • You will see the product name and the required number of photos. For an album, typically 16 to 40 photos are needed.
    • Click on “Select Photo”.
  2. Select Photos:
    • A pop-up window will open in the middle of the screen showing all your photos.
    • Select the photos you want for your album by clicking on each one.

Step 5: Confirm Selection

  1. Confirm Selection:
    • Once you have selected all the necessary photos (e.g., 40 photos for an album), click on the “Done” button at the bottom of the pop-up window.
  2. Send Selection:
    • A window will open on the left side of the screen showing all the selected photos.
    • Review your selection, and when you are ready, click on “Send Selections”.
  3. Final Confirmation:
    • A message saying “Credit Submitted” will appear.

Step 6: Complete the Process

  1. Process Complete:
    • With this, you will have completed the photo selection process. The design team can now start working on your album, acrylic, or printed photos.
    • Click on “Back to Gallery” to return to the gallery.
  2. Verification:
    • If you attempt to make another selection, you will see in the top right corner that the credit has already been submitted, indicating that the selection is complete.

This process ensures that you can choose the best photos and that the design team has everything they need to create a wonderful memory of your special day.
