Start of the Experience
From the moment we first contact you, we will ask for your name, email address, event date, and phone number. This way, we will send you two emails:

- Detailed Process: Explaining step-by-step what your experience with us will be like.

Proposal and Package Selection
After the welcome, you will receive a Proposal where you will see three basic packages and two special packages that we can offer you. Additionally, you will find different types of Add-ons that you can add to further enhance your package.
The prices are illustrative, they do not represent fixed rates.
Once you select your package and apply any discount coupons you may have, the system will calculate the exact days and months for the monthly payment plan. When you are satisfied with your selection, you can accept and sign the contract digitally, making your reservation official.
Client Portal
After signing the contract, you will have access to your Client Portal, where you will find:
- The date of your event
- Your contract
- Your personal information
- Future photo and video galleries
Video and Photo Delivery
EMAIL NOTIFICATION – 5 – 7 HOURS BEFORE VIDEO DELIVERY
Our videos are delivered online, in a very comfortable and intuitive manner. We have tutorials to show you how everything works.
VIP Express Delivery Membership and Real-Time Tracking
For clients who subscribe to the VIP Express Delivery Membership, we offer a Tracking Number and a Tracking System that allows them to see their process in real time.
Technological Forms
The entire experience is very technological, with different types of forms, including the Final Consultation form for music selection.
RAW Photo Selection
After the event, we prepare a selection system for clients to choose the RAW photos they want to be edited. This system allows our clients to have full control over the images they want to see improved and retouched, ensuring they get exactly what they want from their package.
Photo Selection for Albums and Other Products
Once the photos are edited, we offer a selection system for clients to choose the images that will be printed in albums, prints, acrylics, etc. This process is intuitive and easy to use, allowing clients to customize their final products to their liking.
Album Design Approval
Once the album design is ready, you will receive an email notification to review the album proof. Through the client portal, you will be able to view the preliminary album design and make any adjustments or change requests you wish. This process ensures that the final album is exactly as you imagine it. After you approve the design, we will notify you when the album is in production and, finally, when it is ready for pickup.
Help Center
We have a fully equipped Help Center with live chat and the possibility to create a support ticket to assist you in any case. Additionally, we will always be in contact with you via email to notify you:
- When your album is ready for approval (with album proof)
- When your album is in production
- When your album is ready for pickup
- When your photos and videos are delivered
LIVE REPORTS
To continuously improve transparency and customer experience, we have launched a live reporting system for our productions and print center as of July 27, 2024, where all important information will be publicly available.
