OPERATIONAL CHANGES JANUARY 15, 2023

CONTEXT:

Due to an increase of more than 400% in the volume of productions at MIGUEL ANGEL PRODUCTIONS in 2022 and in order to maintain the quality that characterizes our company. And guarantee the proper functioning of the operation in general, as well as keep our clients informed, we have implemented operational changes at a general level to guarantee the quality of the company’s work and the client’s experience in general. We do not want any of our clients to feel or think that something is wrong, nor that they are not being attended to correctly. For this reason and due to the high volume of work that we are handling, we will make this official statement about operational changes in delivery times, communication, among other important matters that will take effect from January 15, 2023.

Debido a un incremento de mas del 400% del volumen de producciones en MIGUEL ANGEL PRODUCTIONS en 2022 y con el fin de mantener la calidad que caracteriza nuestra compañia. Y garantizar el buen funcionamiento de la operacion en general asi como mantener informados a nuestros clientes hemos implementado cambios operacionales a nivel general para garantizar la calidad del trabajo de la compañia y la experiencia del cliente en general. No queremos que ninguno de nuestros clientes sienta o piense que algo esta mal, ni tampoco que no esta siendo atendido correctamente. Por esta razon y debido al alto volumen de trabajo que estamos manejando, haremos este comunicado oficial sobre cambios operacionales de tiempos de entrega, comunicacion entre otros asuntos importantes que entraran en vigor desde el 15 de enero de 2023.

DELIVERIES

All pending deliveries and new hires will be delivered the official photos and video within a maximum period of 3 full calendar months after the event, that is, if the event was on November 10, 2022, the maximum delivery period will be February 10 of 2023. This is because the production team finds it impossible to process in less time due to the high volume of work that we handle and maintain the same quality that we regularly deliver. In case you can’t wait we will enable a premium delivery option.

NEW PREMIUM DELIVERIES OPTIONS:

All premium deliveries can be requested at any time and the delivery time will begin to run from the moment of the request, in the case of our contracts that are requested from the initial process. The premium delivery time will start from the day of the event.

THE ONLY OFFICIAL SOURCE OF INFORMATION ON THE STATUS OF THE PRODUCTIONS.

TRACKING SYSTEM

You have at your disposal 24 hours a day a live tracking system on the status of your production process. From day 1 until the time of delivery you can follow the editing and post-production process.

Our team will also use this platform to communicate with you in a direct and personalized way in case we request any additional information.

COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE:

The DMs of our official Instagram accounts @miguelangelproductions and @miguelangelproductions.studio will be disabled as a means of immediate response, our advisors will of course continue to answer all your questions and concerns, only the official response time will be from 1 hour to 7 days later of the initial message. In that period of time our will respond in a guaranteed way to help you with any question.Once an advisor responds, they will continue with you until the reason for contact is resolved.

ONLINE RESERVATIONS:

From January 15, 2023 onwards all reservations must be made online. Of course, an advisor can help you in advance with all your questions, but the final reservation must be made by the client online with a few simple steps in our BOOKING SYSTEM.

PERSONAL MEETINGS:

Personal in-studio meetings with company management will be available for confirmed face-to-face contract signings. The meeting must be scheduled in advance.

PHOTOGRAPHERS/VIDEOGRAPHERS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED OUTSIDE OUR COMPANY.
IN ANY OF OUR PRODUCTIONS. THIS INCLUDES FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHERS, GUEST
PHOTOGRAPHERS/VIDEOGRAPHERS BY WEDDING PLANNERS, VENDORS ETC. OUR TEAM WORKS
WITH ITS OWN SCHEME AND SYNCHRONIZATION, AN EXTERNAL PHOTOGRAPHER/VIDEOGRAPHER
COULD AFFECT THE CORRECT DEVELOPMENT OF THE OPERATION, IN ADDITION IT INCLUDES THE
PRODUCTION EXCLUSIVITY TERMS SIGNED BY THE CLIENT.
FOR THIS REASON, IN CASE OF ANY UNAUTHORIZED INTERVENTION, THE TEAM WILL STOP
PRODUCTION IMMEDIATELY.
