We do not want any of our clients to feel or think that something is wrong, nor that they are not being attended to correctly. For this reason and due to the high volume of work that we are handling, we will make this official statement about operational changes in delivery times, communication, among other important matters that will take effect from January 15, 2023.

Y garantizar el buen funcionamiento de la operacion en general asi como mantener informados a nuestros clientes hemos implementado cambios operacionales a nivel general para garantizar la calidad del trabajo de la compañia y la experiencia del cliente en general. No queremos que ninguno de nuestros clientes sienta o piense que algo esta mal, ni tampoco que no esta siendo atendido correctamente. Por esta razon y debido al alto volumen de trabajo que estamos manejando, haremos este comunicado oficial sobre cambios operacionales de tiempos de entrega, comunicacion entre otros asuntos importantes que entraran en vigor desde el 15 de enero de 2023.
All pending deliveries and new hires will be delivered the official photos and video within a maximum period of 3 full calendar months after the event, that is, if the event was on November 10, 2022, the maximum delivery period will be February 10 of 2023. This is because the production team finds it impossible to process in less time due to the high volume of work that we handle and maintain the same quality that we regularly deliver. In case you can’t wait we will enable a premium delivery option.
All premium deliveries can be requested at any time and the delivery time will begin to run from the moment of the request, in the case of our contracts that are requested from the initial process. The premium delivery time will start from the day of the event.
You have at your disposal 24 hours a day a live tracking system on the status of your production process. From day 1 until the time of delivery you can follow the editing and post-production process.
Our team will also use this platform to communicate with you in a direct and personalized way in case we request any additional information.
