The session deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
If the client needs to change the date, they must make a new reservation with a new deposit, forfeiting the previous deposit due to high demand.
Date changes with discount coupons:
Discount coupons are only valid for specific days.
If the client wishes to change the date of a session booked with a coupon, both the coupon and the deposit will be forfeited, and the client must make a new reservation with a new deposit.
Punctuality on the session day:
Clients must arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled session time.
If the client arrives 5 minutes after the scheduled session start time, the session will be automatically canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded. A new deposit and reservation will be required for a future session.
Behavior of children and pets:
The studio is not responsible for the behavior of children or pets during the session.
For 15-minute sessions, the team will be ready to start from minute one. If the behavior of participants (children, pets, etc.) disrupts the session, lost time will not be compensated.
It is recommended to book the Deluxe package (45 minutes or more) for sessions involving children under 10 years old, pets, or other situations requiring more time.
Photo delivery:
Photos will be delivered within 7 business days.
Although photos may be delivered earlier, the studio is not obligated to provide them before the 7-day period.
Behavior in the studio:
All participants must maintain appropriate behavior in the studio to avoid interruptions or damage to equipment or sets.
Liability for damages:
Parents or guardians will be responsible for any damage caused by children or pets to props or set decorations.
Additional services (bar, makeup, and hairstyling):
Bar services must be paid for at the time they are received.
For makeup and hairstyling, clients must arrive preferably 2 hours and 30 minutes before the scheduled session, but no less than 2 hours before.
No downgrades are allowed on already booked packages.
If a client wishes to book a smaller package than the one currently reserved, they must forfeit any deposit or amount already paid and make a new reservation, which will be subject to studio availability and company approval.
Upgrades to already booked packages are allowed, subject to studio availability.
Date Change
No date changes are allowed for a confirmed and booked session less than 7 days before the original date.
If there are fewer than 7 days remaining until the current session, the client must forfeit any deposit or amount already paid and make a new reservation, which will be subject to studio availability and company approval.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy (3 days or less)
If the client decides not to attend the session or to reschedule the session3 calendar days or less prior to the originally booked date, the client agrees to:
Pay in full the remaining balance for the original session date (even if the client does not attend).
Additionally pay the full balance of the new session booked for a future date.
This policy is in place to prevent financial loss due to last-minute cancellations for the company, and this term is strict and non-negotiable.
The Company may use the Model’s image for the purpose of promoting its services, activities, events,
and projects through various media channels, including, but not limited to, websites, social media
platforms, printed materials, exhibitions, online publications, marketing, advertising, and any other
means of dissemination that the Company deems appropriate.
The use of the Model’s image will be conducted responsibly, avoiding any usage that may negatively
affect the Model’s reputation or privacy.
This authorization is granted freely and voluntarily, without entitling the Model to receive any financial
compensation from the Company.
The Model declares to be the sole holder of the rights to their image and, by signing this document,
grants the Company all necessary rights for the reproduction, distribution, exhibition, and publication of
the images obtained in the context of this authorization.
The Company may perform edits, modifications, and retouches to the Model’s images, always respecting
the original content and without negatively affecting the Model’s integrity or dignity.
The Company undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the information provided by the Model
within the framework of this authorization.
Session Time and Children’s Behavior:
Our studio is fully prepared and ready to begin as soon as your session is scheduled to start. However, please note that we are not responsible if the session cannot be completed within the estimated time due to children’s behavior or the time they take to adjust to the studio environment.
If you have children under 10 years old, we highly recommend booking the **Deluxe Package** of at least 45 minutes. This will allow enough time for the children to get comfortable in the studio, ensuring a smooth experience and successful photo session.
