THE EXPERIENCE TIMELINE
CHRISTMAS SESSIONS 2025
STEP 1: Book your Session
The first step is to book your session online. Select the package, date, and time that work best for you.

STEP 2: Activate your Account
The second step is to activate your account. Once you've made your reservation online, you will receive a series of emails that may take up to 24 hours to arrive. One of these emails will welcome you to the company and thank you for the opportunity to do your photo session. After that, you'll need to activate your account and client portal through one of the emails. In your client portal, you will receive all the necessary information about your session and be able to make the remaining balance payment.

STEP 3: Sign the Studio Model Release
Once your account is created and your client portal is activated, you will receive an email inviting you to fill out and sign the consent forms and authorization for the company to take your photos. It’s important to note that without completing this step, we won’t be able to proceed with the photo session. Please take your time to review and sign these documents in advance.

STEP 4: Pay the Session Balance
3 days before your session date, the system will automatically send you an invoice where you can complete the payment of the remaining balance. It's important to note that on the day of the session, you can add extra photos and bring additional participants, keeping in mind that each extra photo will cost $25, and each additional person will also cost $25. If the remaining balance is not paid within 24 hours of the session, the session will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded. Starting from the Minis package and up, you can customize your package by adding extra photos and participants.

STEP 5: Photo session and selection
On the day of your photo session, you will be welcomed to our studio, and it's important to note that we recommend arriving half an hour before your scheduled session time with your first outfit ready. This is very important. Once the session is complete, you will be able to select your photos at the studio, and we will have completed the session process.

STEP 6: Receive and enjoy your photos
Within a maximum of 7 days after the photo session, you will receive a beautiful gallery with all the photos you selected on the day of the session. We’ll create something very special so that you and your family have a cherished memory of these Christmas Sessions 2024. Once you receive your gallery, it will be available for a full year, ensuring that your photos are safely stored for an entire year. Of course, you’ll also be able to download your photos to your computer or any device.
