Once the gallery is delivered, the client has 30 days to download the photos from the gallery or the entire gallery. After that period, the gallery expires. To reactivate the gallery, the client must activate the premium membership of the client portal, which consists of a one-time payment of $250 for 2 years and is renewable for life. This membership allows the client secure storage on our servers and 24/7 access and download of the photos and video as long as the membership is active.
