This program is designed for Sponsors who want to support the growth of a company with real operations — a professional studio, full production capability, and an active workflow — while receiving a monthly return under a structured private agreement.

What does it mean to become a Sponsor?

Becoming a Sponsor in our program means entering into a Private Capital Sponsorship arrangement—an agreement in which you contribute a fixed amount of capital to support the Company’s development.

This sponsorship:

Does not make you a partner or shareholder
Does not provide equity or ownership
Does not grant administrative control
Does not create an employment or agency relationship
Does not give you decision-making authority

In simple terms:
You provide growth capital and receive contractual benefits, while the Company retains full operational control.

How is the sponsorship capital used?

Sponsorship capital is allocated exclusively to:

Business growth and operational expansion
Marketing and brand positioning
Infrastructure improvements and internal optimization
High-level content production

We offer two clear sponsorship options. Both are structured with an initial 12-month term, and both include the return of 100% of the contributed capital at the end of the applicable term, in accordance with the contract.

Option A — Financial Return (No Advertising Exposure)

This option is designed for Sponsors who want a fixed monthly return without advertising benefits.

Includes:

Fixed monthly return of 3%
Monthly payments for 12 months
Annual equivalent total: 36%
At the end of the applicable term, 100% of the contributed capital is returned
No advertising exposure for the Sponsor

✅ Best for Sponsors focused on a straightforward monthly return under a private, structured agreement.

Option B — Financial Return + Advertising + Professional Video Content

This option is designed for Sponsors who want a fixed monthly return and also want to leverage the Company’s creative infrastructure for visibility, content, and brand positioning.

Includes:

Fixed monthly return of 1.5%
Monthly payments for 12 months
Annual equivalent total: 18%
At the end of the applicable term, 100% of the contributed capital is returned
Additional benefits:
- Advertising exposure on our digital platforms and/or website
- Promotion of the Sponsor’s business to a customer base of 5,000+ clients (as applicable)
- One (1) professional 1-minute promotional video every two (2) months, at no additional cost
  (regular value: $500 per video)

How the process works (Step-by-step)

We designed this process to be simple and professional.

1) Private Application

Complete the form at the bottom of this page with:

your preferred sponsorship amount,
your selected option,
and a brief reason why you would like to become a Sponsor.

2) Review and Response

Each request is reviewed, and you will receive a written response within a maximum of 72 hours.

✅ If approved, we will send the next steps.
❌ If not approved, no charges apply, and any funds received will be returned as outlined in the contract.

3) Contract Signature

Once approved, both Parties sign the Private Capital Sponsorship Agreement.

4) Sponsorship Payment

The Sponsor may complete the sponsorship contribution via:

Cash
Zelle
Invoice issued by the Company

5) Benefits Activation

Once the Company confirms receipt of the sponsorship capital, the term begins and the selected benefits activate:

monthly return payments, and/or
advertising and video production benefits under Option B.

Can I end the agreement early?

Yes. Early termination is available with written notice and a penalty, as outlined in the contract.

What exactly is included in the advertising under Option B?

Option B includes digital exposure and periodic video production as described in the contract. Scheduling is coordinated reasonably to maintain professional quality.

Can I sponsor more than $20,000?

Yes. You may request a larger sponsorship amount in the form below, and it will be reviewed privately.
