Initial Contact

  1. Initial Response:
    • When we receive a contact request, we respond quickly to start communication with the client.
  2. Initial Consultation:
    • We discuss every important detail with the client to ensure their day is perfect.
    • We go over different packages and help choose the one that best fits their needs.

Proposal and Contract

  1. Sending the Proposal:
    • Once the details are defined, we send a contract proposal that includes the client’s name, email, phone number, and event date.
    • Our system creates a unique portal for each client.
  2. Review and Signing:
    • The client reviews the proposal and, if they agree, signs the contract.
    • Upon signing the contract and making the initial deposit, the reservation is completed and made official.

Access to the Client Portal

  1. Portal Activation:
    • After signing the contract, the client receives a welcome email with instructions to activate their account on the client portal.
    • The client sets their password to access the portal, where they can view their account statement and other relevant information.
  2. Information in the Portal:
    • The portal allows the client to see what has been paid, what remains to be paid, and other relevant information about their package.

Ongoing Communication

  1. Consultations and Appointments:
    • The client can stay in touch with the company for any needs and request personal appointments at the office if necessary.

Pre-Production Process

  1. Consultation Form:
    • Ten days before the event, the client receives a “Wedding Consultation Form” to fill out with the most recent and official information for the event.
    • This form can only be filled out once; the first version is considered official.
  2. Final Payment:
    • Fifteen days before the event, the client must make the final payment of the remaining balance.

Final Preparations

  1. Confirmation and Tips:
    • One day before the event, we send an email with tips and a message of thanks.


  1. Selection Process:
    • After the event, we immediately begin the selection process.
    • The client must send the songs for the videos in the “Wedding Consultation Form”.
  2. Thank You:
    • The day after the event, we send an email thanking the client again for allowing us to be part of their special day.
  3. Selection Gallery:
    • Seven days after the event, the client receives a gallery with a selection system to choose the photos that will be in their package.
    • The client can select between 300 and 1000 photos, depending on the package contracted.

Editing and Delivery

  1. Editing Process:
    • Once the client completes the selection, we start the editing process.
    • We offer a premium service where our team can make the selection for the client.
  2. Delivery Notifications:
    • When the photo gallery is ready, the client receives two notification emails.
    • The same goes for the videos: the client receives notifications to know their videos are ready.

Printed Products

  1. Photo Selection for Products:
    • If the package includes printed photos or albums, we start the selection process for these products once the gallery is ready.

Continuous Support

  1. Tips and Blogs:
    • We send emails with blogs and useful articles for the wedding day.
