PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The GIVEAWAY: CHRISTMAS DELUXE ('Sweepstakes') begins on 09/01/2024 and ends on 09/30/2024 (the 'Promotion Period').
SPONSOR: MIGUEL ANGEL PRODUCTIONS COMPANY ('Sponsor'). By participating, you accept these Official Rules and the Sponsor's decisions, which are final. The Sponsor manages the Sweepstakes and is the contact for any questions.
INVESTMENT IN ENTRIES LUCKY COINS: If the client invests in Coins, the value of the session will allow them to reserve their CHRISTMAS SESSIONS DELUXE PACKAGE (or the package corresponding to the amount invested in Coins, for example, the CHRISTMAS SESSIONS VIP package valued at $425), and on the day of the session at the studio, they will be offered 6 extra photos valued at $150 as a gift.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to all users who wish to participate and are legal residents of (the 'Entrant'). Employees and their families of the Sponsor and related entities are not eligible to participate or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited.
HOW TO ENTER: Enter online during the Promotion Period by visiting https://www.miguelangelproductions.com/prizedeluxe/. Automated or multiple entries using different email addresses will be disqualified. All entries must be submitted before the end of the Promotion Period. The Sponsor's clock will be the official timekeeper.
WINNER SELECTION: The winner will be the person who accumulates the most ENTRIES LUCKY COINS by the end of the countdown.
WINNER RULE: The winner will be entirely determined by the number of points accumulated by the users. At the end of the countdown, the user with the most points will be the final winner.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be published and notified immediately after the countdown ends.
PRIVACY: The personal information provided will be handled according to the Sponsor’s privacy policy. By participating, you authorize the Sponsor to use your email and other personal details.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating, you release the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability related to the Sweepstakes, including issues with entry submission, technical failures, or errors.
COIN PAYMENTS: Purchasing coins does not guarantee that you will win the giveaway and is non-refundable during or after the process. All features assigned to earn points are valid and can significantly help increase your chances of winning the prize, but they do not guarantee it.
WINNER LIST: The list of winners will be published immediately after the Sweepstakes ends on the Sponsor’s website.
