We are pleased to inform you about our photo selection protocol, designed to offer you the best experience and ensure you receive the most memorable images from your event.
Selection Process
- Selection Start: Seven days after your event, you will receive an email with access to our photo gallery selection system.
- Selection System: This system will allow you to select your photos according to the package you have purchased (400, 500, 700, etc.).
- Client Responsibility: Please note that you are responsible for the photos you select, and you can only make the selection once.
Timelines and Deadlines
- Email Receipt: One week after the event.
- Delivery Process Start: Once we receive your completed selection, the remaining 7 weeks will begin to complete the 8-week photo delivery process.
